This place was completely useless. They refused service because we didn't have our medical card yet. McLaren is a joke I've not been impressed with the whole system. And you can't even email them because it doesn't work.

I dont understand why it's taking so long to receive my ultrasound results? My appointment was the 1st of September. I understand we had a holiday, but It's been a week (not counting Labor Day). And when I call, there is no answer.

I arrived at 4:40 when their hours state they are open until 5 p.m. I was told by a very unfriendly security guard that they had taken their last patient and when I asked why, she said it was because they were backed upIn a continued unfriendly tone she said I could go to another location but I couldn't hear her through her mask so I asked her to please repeat herself and she wouldn't. Someone else came up who was more friendly and gave directions to the location stating that it was open until 5:30.I got to the new location about 5 minutes after 5 pm and was told that they closed at 4:45 and they were sorry. They had tried to call the Medical Mall to stop sending patients but had to leave a message.Incredibly frustrating experience and complete disregard for patients time and medical needs

The lab here is UNBELIEVABLY slow!!! I waited over an hour to get blood drawn when there were only three people ahead of me. I definitely will not be back.
