This clinic is great for perfectly healthy kids who only need wellchild visits, but there is no consistency. After my sons seizure they referred us out and the person doing the referrals faxed the referral with my sons personal information to the wrong number on three different occasions. every follow up visit weu2019ve seen someone new and we have to explain why weu2019re there every single time. Every time we go and explain we have to coordinate between all of these doctors and what they say at these visits, itu2019s been a very frustrating experience.

My mother is disabled and is having quite a bit of pain and trouble walking, and was unable to take the transport that was sent to her home to bring her to her appointment, so instead of offering other options or to reschedule, Dr Ryan Antonawich said she needed to u201ctough it outu201d until she sees the orthopedic surgeon. She then asked if they would call her in a prescription (for naproxen mind youu201d and the receptionist was very rude and she was refused. Very rude and unprofessional behavior, and I can see the same in these other reviews. We are finding my mother a new doctor. Hope these peopleu2019s mothers are never treated this way.

I used to like going here, now I hate it because no one listens to me. That attending nurse just shoots you down no matter the explanation or reason and constantly interrupts you. Not to mention she got angry with me because I told her she wasn't listening so she decided to walk out on me with no explanation. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

I started going here around January 2020. The first year was great, everyone in the office was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Leroux was especially amazing, he kept up with all tests and made sure he did everything he could at every appointment. Now Iu2019m no longer seeing Dr. Leroux, Iu2019m seeing I think Dr. Russel.. Iu2019ve been waiting on blood work results on my thyroid, for almost 2 months. They gave me the same dose prescription I was already on, with no refills and only a months worth. Iu2019ve waited on a call telling me my blood work results, as Iu2019ve always had drs call and talk them over with me. NOTHING. I left a message. NO CALL BACK. I even had my mother call. NOTHING AGAIN. I ran out of my thyroid medication on Mon. Nov 22nd, Iu2019m now having to go thanksgiving weekend or more without my thyroid medication.nAnd not to mention, Iu2019m no doctor.. but if I had a 19 year old girl come in on a regular basis saying she HASNT HAD A NORMAL MONTHLY CYCLE IN OVER 6 MONTHS, has gone to the ER many times for severe abdominal pain, and 2 close female relatives are explaining the same things to their doctors, and both of those relatives are doing tests and being put on hormones... With all of that knowledge, as a doctor, you really decide to just do a pregnancy test, GOOGLE if it could be thyroid related or not, and then ghost that patient for almost two months!!nTerrible experience in the last year Iu2019ve been at this office and I will be finding a new primary doctor!nDr. Leroux is truly the only doctor I ever had a good experience with here.
