Customer service here is exceptional. The nurses/doctors here are extremely thorough and professional. Pricey, and (with insurance) I had a $50 co-pay. But worth the price.

This place is a safe place. Nurse Practitioner Richard Baker is THE best. As well as the ladies at the front desk and the people who come get your information before Mr. Baker sees you. But honestly, why this place is the best, is the whole body approach. If you come in sick or injured, not only will you leave in better physical health, but mental health. For EX, I came in with a broken bone. They got me in practically immediately for an X-RAY. And my insurance didnu2019t send me a physical card. The lady at the front desk was kind and patient enough to let me email her a copy of it. The best part, she printed an extra copy for me. Thatu2019s huge when you have one broken hand. Then Mr. Baker not only assessed my broken hand..he got me into an orthopedic surgeon the next day..and in the meantime was so pleasant I almost forgot I was hurt. Look, if you like waiting for hours to see a doctor whou2019s so cold they almost lack basic human empathyu2026then donu2019t come here. But if you want to be seen in a timely fashion by people who are sooo kind and patient and actually make sure you leave both physically and emotionally better, this is your place.

Refused to see me when I was having an episode with dizziness and passing out because I did not have my ID with me. Diana said it was because she needed it for insurance, I am self pay and do not have insurance. She still refused to check me in. I have been to this urgent care numerous times and can be verified by alternate methods like my SSN and DOB. Diana would not accept anything but a photo ID. I came from work and my husband drove me so I did not have my wallet with me. Ended up with a blood sugar of 66 dropping rapidly. Zero out of 10. Do not recommend.

The MA and the doctor were both so kind, caring and compassionate to my 2 year old who was the patient. Treated me just as well, but he was what mattered. The doctor got on his eye level, explained what she was going to do and showed him her equipment before examining him. She answered my questions and didnu2019t make me feel rushed. I have been a patient there and had to bring my 4 young ones with me, and they were just as great that day to my whole crew as well.

If you should have an unfortunate accident or get very ill as I did, I highly recommend Mercy Go Health. I experienced both situations and on both occasions I was greeted with helpful staff and got great care quickly. I'm grateful to have them close by. ud83dude42
