I was going to leave it alone because i donu2019t usually like leaving bad reviews on medical facilities but this place has changed severely in the last year. First off the door wasnu2019t working and when i called the receptionist He said heu2019d call the front desk and after 5 minutes someone else had to open the door. But the receptionist was the only nice person in all honesty. Then they tell me i have a $25 balance which i said was impossible since they take the money right they and there everytime and he confirmed with billing it was a system error. Then the doctors comes to the waiting room as there was a small emergency and asked me what i was feeling and when i told him he asked if i had allergies and it could be my allergies as if he didnu2019t want to see me and wanted to dismiss me. Luckily i told him there was no way it could be my allergies because allergies donu2019t make your ears hurt. I get into the room and heu2019s like i tested negative for flu and covid as if those are the only two illnesses to exist. I told him i needed my ears checked and what do you knowu2026 i had a middle ear infection. Had i went home it wouldu2019ve gotten worse because he didnu2019t want to do his job. Then i receive a call today and the woman was a bit rude when checking in on me. You people need to learn how to speak to others. Your staff acts like theyu2019re all high and mighty and as if they can talk to people whichever way they want. This was a horrible experience and i would not recommend anyone go here they do not care.Edit: your doctor also told me he usually sees the ear infection in children as if he was making me out to be a child or something. Very very rude i canu2019t believe this is the staff you hire

I had my bloodwork done today. And after couple of weeks went by they havenu2019t got my bloodwork results back. Which is very disappointing. They keep saying they will call back and give the results back. Like when ? Itu2019s very frustrating. Never going back there again for my bloodwork.

Place was clean, quick and ran efficiently. Destiny was awesome and thorough. My provider was so thoughtful and caring enough to ask questions about my well being. Everytime I come here it's never too busy and they have great prices for people who self pay and accept a wide variety of insurances. Will always come here if I can. Thank you guys
