From the front desk to the physician I can't say enough about them. I took my mom in on a Sunday Morning and they were so helpful. I also had family visiting from Germany and was in and out in 2 hours. I know a trip to the ER would be at least 4 hours. They put your fears to rest. Thank you So much.

Dr sat in room after I waited a while for him in the room all for him to tell me sorry there is nothing I can do. Then sat and apologized and just went over the things I had explained I knew. So nothing happened just check my vitals like all drs offices do no prescriptions just sorry can't help. I asked the lady at the front since nothing really was done to assist me if I could have my cash payment back, which my previous visit an Asian lady that worked there assured me I could since I am uninsured. Her exact words were if there is nothing we can do or prescribe anything to help we will refund your money. So I asked this time since nothing could be done. The lady up front said sorry the Dr was back there with you a while. Well yeah talking about nothing practically going over what I said already and saying sorry you just fall under that place where you don't have insurance or the money to have surgery. Which I found refreshing and nice he sympathized with my situation. And so the lady said well ill ask the Dr so I surely thought he will understand since he was so understanding In the room. Well I was wrong he said nope! So yeah what a joke of an experience. The prescription he did offer me was over the counter heartburn remedies of which heartburn wasn't why I was there. So I called back and said I understand you guys did sit with me and check my pulse and blood pressure surely that's not worth 125 dollars? No it is not even Partial refund. Trust me do not go here you'll get burned better to just head to ER so they can at least help if you need it. This place won't be able to they aren't a hospital just con artists with prescription pads. Sorry but really feel wronged at this point.

I took my daughter in for a potential ear infection. Everest Urgent Care was cheaper than my insurance co-pay ($105 for cash clients) and they provided quality care. Dr. Del Valless spent a lot of time discussing what could be causing her fussiness as it was not an infection. I will go back to Everest Urgent Care again.

They always have taken care to know what the problem is and how to fix it. I do recommend them. The staff is amazing!
