Totally not recommended. The doctor provided medicine for three days. After three days, symptoms were back after medication was done. Thing is they provide you weak medication for you to go back with a follow up and charge you extra $75 a follow up visit.

I was about to go to Action Urgent Care but I am happy I went here instead. So much cheaper and I got the care I needed quickly! The front desk/MA Thanh was friendly and so helpful. I appreciated how thorough the provider was. Wonderful experience!

I have received care here multiple times as well as some of my older kids and we know we can always count on great care when needing to rush into this Urgent Care for our sicknesses. I adore the front desk receptionist! He is quick, kind, polite and great at multitasking the front desk and rooming his patients. The Doctors are doing a fantastic job, they have properly diagnosed us each time and electronically sent over our prescriptions immediately to get us on the road to recovery. I know I can always count on this location if weu2019re sick and needing immediate care.

This place absolutely 100% sucks. Itu2019s dirty. Thereu2019s dust all over the equipment and the floors. The doctors are unprofessional and there is zero communication to patients about their next steps to receive care. I paid this place twice to have two different doctors spend no longer than one minute sticking a scope in my ear to tell me itu2019s clogged, which I already knew. They have no solutions, nothing. Just a specialist thatu2019s out of network. Donu2019t come to this place. Even if itu2019s your only option, the worst urgent care place in SJ is still better than this place. Eww.

Don't come here, they won't help you and they will take your money, promise a refund after the incompetent doctor can't help you, then never send you the refund. This place is a total scam and I've been going back and forth with them to get a $150 refund because the doctor was too incompetent to diagnose vertigo and sent me to the ER instead. The woman at the front desk is a racist too and will assume what you can or can't afford.nnUPDATE: After asking them to void and resend my refund check, the original check arrived 25 days later (I was told 7). They refunded the wrong visit, less than what I paid, and spelled my name wrong. This is the most incompetent group of people you will ever find.
