I had to take my youngest to urgent care due to a bad cough. I went to exer and they said I had a deductible I didn't meet (we don't have a deductible by the way) and was to pay over $100 even though they were in network and my copay was $10! I came to United Urgent Care and was the last walk-in last night. I was forever grateful to the staff! They took my son right in, my copay was $10 and our PA (Roy) and the nurse were very thorough and the best! This will be our spot to take the kids when needed! Facility was very clean and comfortable.

This facility is great! Lots of parking. Low wait time. Friendly staff, and a special shout out to CT Tech Tommy who made my 20 minute PET scan as comfortable as possible as I had numerous physical issues. Bless you Tommy!

This place provides excellent quality service. I went in with severe Sciatica pain . The wait was not bad at all. Saw the PA she gave me exactly what I needed. 2 shots and a Rx . The providers are great! BUT man the MA are not friendly they donu2019t make you feel welcome. You have to call several times to be able to get a hold of them you leave voice mail but they never return calls, sometimes it seems like they donu2019t even know how to make appointments and man the waiting to be seen is way too long last time I waited more than hours to be seen plus the wait inside the room is just so frustrating they get behind schedule so bad, the clinic has poor management and time flow

I had a very positive experience here today. Came in with some cold symptoms and needed a note for work and a prescription for some cough medicine. I was seen very quickly. Everyone was really polite and I got in and out in well under an hour.
