First things first, I'd give negative stars if I could! This place has gone downhill over the years. Becoming dirtier and dirtier. Stains on seats, dirty base moldings, picture frames cracked and missing some sides, and it hasn't ever been repinted.nI made an appointment online for 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:25, yes later than I wanted to, but there was one person in the waiting room who had a 10:40 appointment. We had to wait for 15 minutes before a receptionist came from the back office. 20 minutes had passed before two patients left. Earlier, I was told there were two patients being seen by the doctor. Ok I'm next, not yet! I waited another 10 minutes before being told to go into the exam room 10 minutes more before getting my vitals checked and another 5 mins before the doctor came in. Now the exam room door was open the whole time and the doctor was just walking around talking to the staff. Why did it take so long before she could see me? Then she only spent 5 minutes with me and didn't care about my previous and serious medical conditions. In the future, I'll be going elsewhere.

I love this urgent care. Theyu2019re not only very knowledgeable and thorough but compassionate, friendly, and caring. Iu2019ve gone a few times for myself, but took my daughter today. She usually isnu2019t as cooperative with nose swabs and what not until today. She was so happy they figured out what was wrong and that she can get some medicine to make her feel better. Quick check in and visit. Great place to go if you canu2019t get in with your doctor quickly enough. Thank you so much for taking such great care of the community!

NP Eugene was very kind and a good listener to all my ailments. I was there to insure that I didnu2019t have Bronchitis. I was very at ease taking about my symptoms and did not get interrupted explaining them.
