The doctor spent time explained what he was doing. Gave me some medication and some advice and how to get over this head cold? service was great in the office. No big waiting timeline. Thank you for being there.

I have been to this facility a few times and everything worked out. This time not so good, in fact rather bad. The visit was give but it took a while, the PA spent maybe 5 min with me and prescribed needs to ease muscle spasms. So I took the pain killer the next morning and it didn't kick in for about 4hours. I tried calling and this is where everything goes bad! Their phones are on auto answer machine, leave a message and they never call back, they say accept a text to communicate, I did, never heard back. This place is a disservice if you need anything other than a simple fix. Find another Urgent Care if you can because nothing is urgent to them.

Clean, fast, efficient, excellent doctors and staff. I would highly recommend this establishment to all my friends and colleagues. It was a pleasure being in such a warm, safe, and friendly environment and to have such a professional experience. Renee my doctor was exceptional!

I came in with no voice and feeling quite under the weather.nThe receptionist checked me in and seemed friendly enough. I looked around the waiting room thinking how nice of an environment it was compared to other urgent cares Iu2019ve been to.nThe medical tech who took me in was lovely to chat with.nThe PA who came in next seemed pleasant, a young blonde woman in her 30s, I donu2019t remember her name although she did introduce herself.nShe was thorough with questions about my symptoms and as I was answering them I mentioned that it felt like a sinus infection as I get them every year this time of year.nUnder her mask, she half scoffed half laughed and said u201cno, you have laryngitis.u201dnAgain, I have barely any voice and it was an effort to talk at allu2026nI said u201coh, I didnu2019t realize that came with all these symptoms too (a post nasal drip, headache and face pressure).u201dnI was surprised the symptoms were so similar to a sinus infection as I had never been diagnosed with laryngitis before. I said nothing else. I didnu2019t say she was wrong, i didnu2019t question anything, I didnu2019t challenge her diagnosis, and I wasnu2019t combative. I just wanted to make sure she knew everything so she could prescribe me the correct medicine so I could feel better.nShe then proceeded to put a scope up my nose and ask me what I did for a living. I told her I was a hairstylist, to which she replied u201c I wouldnu2019t go to you and tell you how do to hair okay?u201dnMy mouth dropped and I said nothing. My immediate thought was u201cwow that was rudeu201d followed by a feeling of complete u201cbedsideu201d discomfort, but I said nothing.nShe left for about 5 mins and came back with care instructions and I went to check out. I was then met with a much colder energy at the desk.nI dont know if anything was said or what but I felt the shift in energy towards me and I will never be coming back here.nTo talk to someone that way; who is feeling like absolute garbage, who is just trying to advocate for themselves and tell you what theyu2019re feeling and how theyu2019ve felt beforeu2026is shameful. I went into my car and cried. I am so frustrated that I went to a place for help and compassion and I left feeling like a scolded child. Itu2019s hard enough affording health care and getting in to see Drs. and medical staff for my needs, I think itu2019s extremely unfair that I had to experience this kind of treatment on top of all that. I hope she never speaks to anyone like that again, for the sake of your other patients.
