My experience at this urgent care in Goshen was fantastic. The staff was great. The doctor was wonderful. The waiting time was extremely short. The doctor listen to all my complaints and my concern and she was able to diagnose me and gave me some medicine which I believe will help me. Iu2019ve been suffering with this virus for four weeks now and I believe the medicine that she prescribed will do the job. What a wonderful doctor. Doctor John B is a wonderful doctor. Excellent care by Dr and Team. I was seen very quickly and got helped right away. The prescription gave me relief immediately after taking my 1st dose. I was bitten by a tick close to closing time so I called to see if they would wait for me to get there so I could be treated. They very kindly agreed. The place itself is lovely and the staff even more so. I was treated with great care and kindness, and the physician assistant who treated me knew a lot about tick bites. She gave me a dose of doxycycline as a preventative measure against Lyme disease, and I will be following up with them and to get some lab work in about a month. I feel so relieved about having the tick bite treated so quickly, as early intervention is crucial to prevent possibly getting Lyme disease. I really was a nervous wreck about the bite but not at all after being treated here.nnIu2019ve never had such a positive experience at an urgent care facility. Come to think of it not even in a regular doctoru2019s office. I will definitely go back when and if I need to, and will recommend them to others.

Iu2019ve used Excel urgent care on a few occasions, and Iu2019ve always had a good experience with little or no wait times. The ability to make an appointment online is very convenient.The staff is pleasant and efficient, including the receptionist, the triage person and the nurse practitioner. I saw NP Gray who was friendly, caring and professional. She listened as I explained my health issue, performed an examination and explained the prescriptions that she was going to order for me so that I was clear about how the medications would address my issue. I appreciate the care I received and would recommend Excel urgent care.

Absolutely top notch service every time we visit. They are all wonderful and caring and have impeccable bedside manner. The only place I take my kids to and they know them when they walk through the door, no matter how much time has passed since their last visit. Quick, efficient, and the convenience of making an appointment means no just sitting around waiting to be seen.
