Really great place. I am a Veteran and they took care of my broken toe completely for free. They said the VA would pay them for me and they took great care of me. Really do thank the whole team there today. especially the lady that took my x-ray! Thank you all. The Doctor was also cool calm and great!

Outstanding experience. I went to Excel Urgent Care for part of a routine military exam (Vision Screen and Blood Draw). When I arrived, the representatives at the check-in desk were courteous and helpful. I was seen within minutes and the medical technician was outstanding. We did my vision test and then he came in to do my blood draw. I barely even felt anything and then it was done. Very professional operation and I highly recommend their services.

Quick service but the NP was nice, attentive, and listened. She answered all questions and was great. The nurse who took intake vitals was also very nice and took time to listen. The frost staff were very courteous, polite and helpful.

Came here about 830pm. I am aware closing is at 9 pm. I can tell they didn't wanna be bothered close to closing. The lady to the right (when facing the desk ) butted in while I was talking to the lady on the left . And asked me what kinda insurance I have . And than proceeds to tell me we don't take that insurance with a quirky smile. It didn't sit right with me . I called to verify the next day just to find out they did infact take my Insurance.
