The first time my mother got out of the hospital they were okay and they did their job great. But after the second time my mother was in the hospital she had to go over to Westmoreland Manor temporarily for rehab. The second time that they helped her was not so great. They did Express concern for my mother's own well-being the second time. But I did not like some of the decisions that they were going to make for her so I told the nurse that she needs to leave right now. I assumed that they were going to come back again, but they decided to quit and leave my mom without their services, which she needs extremely bad. I mean if they can't take people being upset at some of the decisions that they want to make for them, then maybe they shouldn't have this job. Do not recommend.

My mother had wonderful experience with Excela Home Health. Excellent and above and beyond expectations from Cory Smith, Candace RN, Jenny, CNA, Patty OT, Melissa RN. !!!! I couldn't have asked for a better team for my mother's care~!! Thank you all

Terrible experience. Home health aid disregarded my concerns that my father may have a *possible infection. Did not place my concerns in her log.. Disregarded my concerns.. never contacted my fathers pcp about my concerns. My father lost his life 2 weeks later to that exact infection. Excela basically disregarded my complaint .nShe knows who she is and lied about it.nAltho my father is gone she'll have to live with that.

Extremely impressed with my care. My pt and nurse were awesome. They both respected my wishes regarding covid. Great team!!! Took great care and genuinely showed concern. Mark; Mercedes and Haley your awesome
