I don't normally do this but I hope this does not happen to someone else. My dad was referred to this company by his pallative care team for additional pain management. It starts with them not showing up for the first 2 appointments that where scheduled with a 4 hour wait window so I took off work for the first one and no one showed ,gave them another chance and they once agin did not show, no call no excuses just that the weren't coming. Then the day came where they did show up ,now I have been in medical field for 30 plus years and have never experienced anything like this. First a man came in looked around and then says I'm going to the car together the nurse,ok,so she comes in and starts freaking about the 2 5pound 14 year old toy poodles that are barking ok I understand some people have a dog fobia we put a gate up to lock them in and she continues to tell us that dogs and cats are unsanitary, filthy creatures but let's just get this over with. Goes in to see my dad the patient and we answer questions and she says for him to calm down and let's get this over with. She says I'll call meds in and leaves,what meds and where is she calling them into?? I call the company and speak to the owner who does nothing about this and does not call back. I hope no one ever has to go through this insanity with this company, but we still have no answer to what happened except it was her first day with them . I just want them to know this is not OK behavior for a medical office of any king

These groups of docters have been the best iv seen my whole life very informative,Compassionate and take time to talk . They care for me and my kids so well.they are always available and work with me to achieve the best health. They are very competant and don't rush me out. I luv this group of docters

u201cdoctoru201d Janet Forbes is about 100 years of age , she should have retired ages ago, gave me a incorrect diagnosis, she made my injury worse, took me off work and refused to clear me from work even tho I was cleared by REAL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS. They are not real doctors!!! I literally had to get a new job to resume working bc these ppl are morons. but itu2019s ok bc i canu2019t wait to slap them w a malpractice suit ud83dude4fud83cudffe the 2 AA women who answers the phone had to be found at a bus stop somewhere they couldnu2019t be any less qualified, they are all LIARS. NOBODY IS EVEN IN CHARGE HERE THERE IS NO REAL PROTOCOL. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE WORLD /ORLAND PARK , FOR ANY TYPE OF CARE OR TREATMENT! BC YOU WILL HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF YOUR LIFE HERE!n0 stars ! they provide me NO TREATMENT BUT WROTE ME OFF OF WORK ANS REFUSED TO CLEAR ME EVEN THO MY HEALTHCARE PROVIDER CLEARED ME. THEY ARE MORONS! But I ended up getting a new/better job anyway. Hell is going to be real hot for all of them upon their arrival!
