We cannot speak highly enough of Advent Health Urgent Care. The entire experience from the moment we walked in was fantastic! The staff was friendly and efficient and made you feel welcomed. The place is kept very clean and loved the little waiting room that they have for children. So cute!!!nThe care we received from Ashley Howell was exceptional!!! She was very caring and knowledgeable and she took the time to address all our concerns and questions. When we left we felt so happy with the service we received in such a short period of time. No long wait time. Hands down the best urgent care we have ever been to. We highly recommend this place for their excellent service and the care they give their patients.

We were in and out super quickly. The front desk ladies were super nice! The staff was all smiles and understanding when we came in after 7. Would definitely go back if needed to.

All about the $$$. I took my son here yesterday and he had an upper respiratory infection. He woke up today and has conjunctivitis (not really surprising with all the sinus drainage). Called today to get a topical antibiotic for his eye and they wonu2019t do it without ANOTHER office visit and of course more $$$! Their excuse? He didnu2019t have this u201csymptom yesterday!u201dnWowu2026.really?!!! Got to love Advent and their need to make more and more money!!!

They demand a nose or throat swab everytime I've gone in with my sick child. Even when not necessary. Nurse was also rude in telling me I was incorrect that they don't do swabs at her original doctor. Won't be going here again.
