Fabulous experience and great customer service from Meagan and Rachel. Really appreciated the quality of the history taken. Front desk was great as well but I forget her name. I am a nursing facility & assisted living facility administrator, so my life is steeped in healthcare and customer service moments. Everyone was fabulous and thorough. Also was nice not to have to wait. I literally came here from another urgent care center, not an Exercare, that was running a quoted wait time of 2 1/2 to 3 hours, But one of the staff members there recommended this Exercare location because he had gone there before and had a great experience! Thank you!

I was a patient here in early April. They saw me right away and noticed there was a major problem with my oxygen saturation level. The doctor there was very thorough and immediately recommended that I go straight to a local emergency room. She even recommended the hospital that I ended up going to, which was Torrance Memorial Medical Center. Her recommendation and their quick treatment and care at the urgent care helped save my life.

I truly appreciate their time and for accepting us just 15mins before closing time. It shows the sympathy and respect they have for patient care. I have brought both myself and my 5yr old son here. Multiple times our insurance wasnu2019t working right and they helped us figure it out and then took care of us both spectacularly. The wait is truthfully never really that long for and Urgent Care and the staff is so amazing. They are a great addition to the Manhattan Beach community and as long as they are there I will never take myself or my son anywhere different.nThank you Staff and Drs for being amazing and truly so compassionate with everyone who walks through your doors!!

The medical assistant demonstrated a commendable level of kindness and gentleness during my visit (apologies for forgetting her name). However, I found the online check-in process somewhat unsatisfactory, particularly in the absence of a front desk staff member to facilitate the procedure. When I am unwell, as I was today, personal interaction during check-in is preferable. For instance, I felt that the duration of my check-in was excessive; I was concerned that if other patients arrived post-check-in, they might be processed quicker, leading to an inequitable situation regarding appointment order. Despite this logistical hiccup, the overall experience was extremely efficient and pleasant. I appreciate the excellent care provided by Rachel. I was in and out within 35 minutes from the time I checked in to the time I exited the building!! I would definitely bring my family to this urgent care.
