I came here for a visit at 10am there was a young receptionist there who showed me how to use the kiosk etc. I had to leave then I returned later that evening around 6pm there was another receptionist there Wendy and I let her know I was there earlier and that I didnu2019t complete the link that was sent to my phone from the kiosk she then let me know no worries sheu2019d make it easier for me and handed me a paper form to complete. Super easy might I add todayu2019s society is so technical. So I had to leave again due to personal reasons I received a call and it was the receptionist Wendy asking was I ok she thought I went to the restroom but I never returned she then asked me was I coming back because they close at 8pm. I made my way back over around 7:30 Wendy was occupied with other duties as well but she let me know the doctor would be with me soon. Wendy was very punctual and professional such a huge help it seems that she enjoys her job and has a strategy that works well for her and others I really appreciated the entire the staff the nurse assistant that walked me back was pleasant and professional the nurse/doctor seemed to know what he was talking about he was right to the point and everything I googled as far as symptoms he was hitting the diagnosis right on so I trusted his judgement. He preferred me to go to the hospital to get a cat scan and some test ran. Overall my experience here was great I was in and out and everyone seem engaging and professional.

I had some concerns with my health this morning and they was super fast and was the kindest people. The nurse Ruby was the best nurse I have ever had and her name is Ruby. They was all very friendly and give me information I needed as I was not feeling good. God bless them.

Best care from any u201cUrgent Careu201d type facility Iu2019ve ever had. My primary MD is in another town, and Iu2019ve been here 2 times. Both excellent experiences!nNo long waits (I set up appt online)nNurse, Nurse Practioners, and MDu2019s very thorough and listened well.nClean, friendly, excellent experiences .

It was the worst experience Iu2019ve ever had at a doctors office. I arrived thirty minutes before they were closing as they were the closest urgent care to me while I was having symptoms of a stroke. The doctor only saw me for 5 mins max and sent me on my way without taking me serious and blaming it on my medication side effects so he could leave to go home. He said I was safe to drive but I wasnu2019t at all! I ended up in the emergency where they did tests and a CT scan for a stroke and they actually took me seriously but I better not have to pay anything for no help what so ever from this place!

I had been in this place more than once, always had a good service and treatment until two weeks ago, l went because l was really sick, but I got the worst treatment this time, to the point that lu2019m still sick, same su00edntomas, the doctor Laura Cook isnu2019t good at all, she didnu2019t prescribe any medicine in order to help me, it was two hours waiting for a real help but I think was wasted time and money. At this moment l donu2019t know if Mrs. Laura is a real doctor and if she really care for the patients.
