I have health conditions that keep me dehydrated if I do not get regular IVs. I was sent here by a friend because I was having to drive from Mansfield to Dallas medical city. This shortens my time needed for the process as I get them every 2 weeks.nnThe staff here have been awesome! They listen and act quickly to get you the care you need. They understand my condition which is rare anywhere pretty much! They looked at the script I got from my cardiologist and said sounds good you wanna get that now? Also asked if I wanted the 2 liter that was prescribed rather tha the 1 liter most will give.nnMy insurance coverage was checked and processed for future appointments to avoid any issues getting them as often as I need them and the amount.nThey are so helpful and friendly. I have never had any negative experience! I highly recommend them!!!nnUpdate: they have changed their billing company and now can only provide partial treatments or I can return another day. Guess they want another payment by having it done separately when it is able to be done at the same time. I am so disappointed and cried because now I have to find another location to get my treatments. Sad indeed!!!! $$$ / greed wins again

I am been a patient since 2014, and I had amazing experiences with them where they provide hospital level services in this facility with low copay and deductible. My patient responsibility is 10 times less than an ER or hospital bill. The staff members and provider are top quality and very caring. Dr. Umar Saeed and Wissam Noubani give exceptional care to me and my family. Sometimes the clinic is busy and takes longer, however, it is worth the wait since it provides ER level services for one tenth of the price. In entire Texas, I have seen a clinic model like this.
