The office staff has always been great, and two of the doctors I had met were very nice. However, Dr. Nigrani was very dismissive of the body pains Iu2019ve been experiencing.nnIu2019ve been having sharp head pains, stomach pains, and ovarian pains, and the two doctors I had seen before recommended I get an MRI, abdominal scan, and ultrasound. But when I went in for a follow up scan, Dr. Nigrani was adamant that I didnu2019t need them (again, Iu2019ve been dealing with these pains for MONTHS). And he didnu2019t say much when I insisted on getting the scans.nnBut WEEKS later and what feels like a million phone calls, I get a letter in the mail from a company saying they were overseeing my case to get the scans and it turns out Dr. Nigrani TOLD THEM HE DIDNT THINK THE SCANS WERE NECESSARY AND THEY DECLINED MY GETTING AN MRI.nnIu2019ve been scared about these pains for MONTHS. All I want is to make sure Iu2019m alright! If he TRULY cared about his patients, heu2019d have wanted me to get scans, too. But I guess he just wants an easy job and to get his appointments over with.nnIu2019m STILL dealing with body pains, Iu2019m STILL scared, and I intend on finding a new doctor.

My wife had an appointment for a skin issue and they recommended a virtual follow up appointment. She attended this appointment and they didnu2019t show up. They then charged 99 dollars for a cancellation fee. Reaching out to billing coordinator- it took weeks to get a response and they refused to refund. This place is a disaster. I will be disputing the charge through credit card as well as reporting to BBB.nnEdit to reply to their response:nnWe donu2019t even have a child. ud83dude02. Told so many lies hard to keep straight?

I booked an appointment with a doctor to address persistent chest pains. Instead I was seen by a medical assistant who had no idea what medical complications accompany pre-existing conditions, how to work an EKG machine, or her left from her right. But thank goodness the PA saw me for 5 minutes at the end! When I called to ask why I was not seen by the doctor I booked with I was dismissed and hung up on without being given an answer, only the option to rebook and hopefully be seen by the doctor this time. The hours on google and their own office door are inaccurate as well as they are not open 7 days a week, this was confirmed by an employee. Edit: Spoke with someone finally and they were very apologetic and confirmed the doctor is out of the office for 2 weeks and there was no doctor available at all. This was not communicated at any point prior to the appointment and I will not be returning.

Took my son to be seen for a cut on his finger. We were seen quickly and everyone was so helpful. Great experience! Thank you zeal to heal for getting my son stitched up and taken care of. Highly recommend

Scammers! Say they take insurance but still bill youu2026for things you didnu2019t even get done mind you! They wrote down my debit card number, expiration date, and CVV after I paid for Tirzapetide out of pocket and they tried to charge me an additional $376 for services I didnu2019t even receive! Thank god my card was locked during that FRAUDULENT charge! Protection yourself and avoid this company at ALL COST!
