Currently 9:39. They were suppose to be open at 9 am. Here for pre employment screening and they aren't even open. Didn't answer phone when I called yesterday, which should have already told me not to come here. For someone who has for gods behalf posted on their window you would expect at least to be open sometime near their supposed opening hours. This is just sad and not how you operate a business.

It is currently 9:34 am on a Tuesday. I have to take a urinalysis for an injury at work. And y'all don't know how to open on time/follow your own hours of operation. If I'm denied workers comp for this injury due to not filing the paperwork and getting the test done on time, I can, and will, sue you

Expert Healthcare really let my mother down at a very vulnerable time. Her husband (my father) has a life-threatening pressure wound that Sentara was sending people out to clean and dress a few times a week. They recently stopped sending people out and told us weu2019d have to find another agency to care for the wound.Expert Healthcare came recommended by someone, so my mom scheduled an appointment with them for 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. That time came and went and no one called or showed up. They refused to answer my momu2019s messages and calls. Here we are the next day and still, no one has reached out to her to apologize or let her know whatu2019s going on. Now, weu2019re looking for another agency.This is very unprofessional and my mother is up against enough right now. Not only did they let her down, but they also let my father down, whose life is at risk due to this wound.Shame on you, Expert Healthcare. If you donu2019t have the ability to keep your commitments or at least communicate with patients and their families, perhaps you shouldnu2019t be in business.
