Express care is my u201cgo tou201d urgent care facility. I went there earlier this week at the insistence of one of my daughters. I did not think I was sick enough to need to go. I downplayed my symptoms to FNP-C Kristina Loprinzi, but she quietly and thoroughly assessed my situation, ordered tests, and surprised me with a diagnosis of RSV and pneumonia. I was just beginning to have more symptoms while in the clinic. Ms. Loprinzi prescribed a breathing aid for me and referred me to ER for possible admission because of my age. The ER physician verified her diagnosis.nI very much appreciate Ms. Loprinziu2019s thorough examination, the concern she always shows for how I will respond to health challenges at my age, and her medical knowledge about the different medical problems I have taken to her since the clinic has been in Oxford. Also, everyone there who assisted me u2014 from the receptionist to the phlebotomist, to the one who did my X-rays u2014 treated me with concern, respect, caring, and efficiency. I appreciate all of them.

I was very happy with my walk in today. The receptionist was AMAZING, so friendly and knowledgeable about insurance. The nurse was quick and efficient, and the nurse practitioner got me exactly what I needed. I was in and out in under a hour and my prescriptions were called in promptly. This is our new go to Urgent Care!
