My husband walked in at 11:20am the receptionist didnu2019t even greet him. She was too busy watching videos of girls twerking in bikinis she didnu2019t even notice he was standing in front of her. Once she did notice she turned him away and asked him to come back at 1. He waited in the parking lot and was the first through the door at 1 pm. I had called to ask about the check in process prior to him arriving she stated it was first come first serve. They didnu2019t not follow through with that. They allowed people that checked in way after him to be seen before him. He got sick of waiting over 2hrs and watching everyone after him be seen before him that he ended up asking for his money back and leaving. All while the lady laughed at him for being upset over the wait and poor service. I hate to say that she was being racist but it was clear that she was making sure the Hispanics were being seen right away over him (the only white man there) I do not recommend this place. Unfortunately he only went there because he was working on a rig in the area and it was the closest place to him. He missed out on work and is still sick and miserable and had to return to work after dealing with this crappy clinic. The reviews are 100% accurate. Go somewhere else!

Don't go here if you're white. I got here 40 minutes before their lunch break didn't get helped so ok I get it but then I'm first in the door at 1 and they take everyone back before me though I drove am hour to wait 2 hours 20 minutes to watch everyone that was behind me go in front of me. This is a mexican only clinic whites just go somewhere and die i guess

Everything says walk ins welcome. If you're white that don't apply to you. I was told to come back in the afternoon. I drove 30 minutes sick af to be told to come back later.

Not a walk in clinic. Went in with shortness of breath, cough, weakness and they said they couldn't see me until 4pm (was 1115am walking in). I was the only one in the lobby. Stick with AMG.

Poor service, poor management, poor receptionist and poor nurses. I was trying to see the doctor Sarah yue to establish her as my pcp and talk to the doctor about my ongoing Heath issues, when I was called back the nurse Rosa Lujan was so rude, I left embarrassed and crying. I had to come back multiple times because at first I was at the wrong facility, I had gotten my sonogram, the same day and still went back because I was trying to establish her as my pcp the nurse was so rude, she was questioning why I was here and initiating that I was stupid for being there making smirks on her face and laughing like I was dumb for showing up, acting like I was waisting her time because my results wouldnu2019t have been available for 24-48 hours and I knew that, I still needed to talk to the doctor. She was sooo rude I asked her to stop being rude and she was just making smirks smiling, thinking sheu2019s funny, I left asked for a new nurse and apparently sheu2019s the only nurse who works there like yeah okay. I gave my information for the front management to call me, and the receptionist promised sheu2019d give it to Wana stiles. And of course I never get a call, I knew itu2019d be that way. The sad part is I really wanted to meet the doctor Sara yue because I heard good things about her and was recommended her by multiple people. I honestly feel embarrassed for the doctor now because I would never recommend that facility to anyone.
