My husband and I are from Texas and are staying in Colorado Springs for business. We were here today and we both give them 5 stars. Clinic staff was courteous and friendly. We were seen quickly even though we came in on a walk in basis. The nurse and doctor were very caring and answered all our questions. We are extremely satisfied with our visit and definitely recommend this clinic.

I was not happy at all with the outcome of my last visit and will not be returning to this practice. Ms Coombes did not listen to my reason for the visit and sent me to the lab for over $1,000.00 worth of lab work just to call me back in to tell me I needed Vitamin D. When I asked regarding my concern and the reason for my first appointment ......she had forgotten to ask for lab work regarding that matter. Long story short it took three months to get medication and then she only prescribed it for one month, then she wanted me to go back and re-do lab work because it had already been three months since the last time. Yes, there are so many other doctor offices in town, go somewhere else.nAnd, yes, she is very rude!!!!

Came here on the july 4th holiday because it was the only place open that accepted my insurance. I was greeted by very helpful and polite staff, we were seen in a timely manner, and the medical assistant and doctor took care of us. The doctor especially had great bedside manner. She did not waste time but she also did not rush us in and out. Will definitely be coming back. A way better experience than going to a traditional urgent care clinic.

Dealing with Adele and the new X-ray tech Mark at the Express Care Lab was simply Amazing!!!nnI have a really hard time giving blood, as I feel faint almost all of the time, NOT with Adele!! You can tell she has many years of experience and compassion, as she is the ONLY one I go to for blood draw now!!nnMark the new x-ray tech does not speak down to you, he is friendly and explains what he is doing to give the patient piece of mind that he is highly trained!!nnThis Dynamic Duo Rocks!!! and believe me I am also one of those people that would slam them if they didn't!!!

3 Experiences. Awful!!!nLater on down the road got a survey call approved by the doctor wanting to know what they could do to improve. I read the person calling letter I had sent Dr. Fraley after 3 negative experiences in 2 monthsnI could tell the surveyor wasn't interested in hearing it.nFor starters, Dr.Fraley should have addressed my letter which included a mix up in lab results that may have affected someone else. I consider that serious.nAfter that i never did, and never will, go back.
