Iu2019ve used express docs on four separate occasions. I continue to use them because they are awesome! They are also a part of the VA community care system, so when I canu2019t get in with my primary care at the VA, I use express docs. Many urgent cares focus on getting you in and out with the focus being that youu2019re just another number, but not here. The nurses, providers, and Front Desk personnel are all kind personable and have a true quality bedside manner. Iu2019d like to personally shout out PA Nikki for the quality care she provided me. If youu2019re looking for an urgent care with the fuel and vibe of a primary care office, this is the place to gonnAlso, the fish tank in the waiting room is really cool

Will change rating if I can get some assistanceu2026nnNavigating healthcare/insurance is not fun to anyone. I came to express docs because it was in network for my insurance, and needed a Covid/flu/RSV test. On their website it says all of this is done on site, so I had no worries. The process was smooth and front desk was great. Later, I got a bill for 434$ for out of network lab testing. My tests were sent to u201cspecialty labs of peurto ricou201d which is outside my network. This was never mentioned and now Iu2019m in the horrible place of trying to work with my insurance to solve this.nnIf anyone works at expressdocs and can help, Iu2019d happily change my rating and am sorry for the complications.

We (I took my friend) came in for chest pain and difficult breathing, but got a clean bill of health after a chest x-ray.nnIt was fast and efficient but Iu2019m worried that they werenu2019t exactly thorough.nnUsually when Iu2019ve gone to urgent cares in the past Iu2019m given a referral to a specialist for my issue. I found it odd that my friend (who has been a heavy smoker for the past 10-15 years) was sent home without any follow up advice or referrals.nnThe place was very fast.

Natalie, one of the PAs at Express Docs was amazing! We didn't see her during our visit, but when we called the next day with a concern about our son's medicine, she stepped in and solved the problem like a rock star! Her level of follow through and professionalism is becoming more and more rare in healthcare- so we considered ourselves lucky to find her! Thank you again, Natalie!

I recently was very sick with Acute Bronchitis. I went to Express Docs on Military Rd. In Delray. Dr Hong was excellent, caring & very thorough.!!!! The front desk staff were so efficient & polite. The environment was extremely clean & relaxing. I highly recommend it.
