I was pleased with Rosie at the front desk was polite, professional and kind, Tori was very kind and professional.Health care provider PA Stacey was very kind, professional and caring . The staff was very professional and worked quicky to get me registered for my visit. The office was also extremely clean and smelled wonderful. I saw Duaa Saleh about an issue I was having post-op. She knew her stuff without a doubt! I wish I wouldnt've wasted time and money going to Corewell the night before. I should've just came into this urgent care because they are a 24 hour facility. If you dont feel well come to see them. They treated me with respect and maintained my dignity. Compassionate care=%100.

Not our usual UC but can't say enough good things about the care we received tonight. From the ladies at the front desk, the girl who took stats and the Dr.nFast, efficient, very courteous, professional and clean! Took the time to explain what was going on, what they were giving us and what to do if things got worse. Will definitely come back, even if not in need of 24hr service.

Very kind took care of my son as if He was their own very clean and professional.
