I returned today after the holiday for my weight lost injection. After weighing in I felt embarrassed and sad because of my huge weighing gain. However, after expressing my embarrassment to the MA, Kay, she said words of encouragement, she didnt rush me and was so kind, I felt so much better and not a embarrassed. Moving forward I pray she is the one to weight me and take my blood pressure. Rand is awesome too, she gave my injection and gave words of encouragement too. Losing weight feels great. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and Iu2019ll continue to refer my family and friends. The new clinic is a great environment and itu2019s never too busy. Also they have a very flexible schedule. You can walk in until 9pm at the former location down the street. Convenient!
