I am leaving this 1/5 review based on my experience at the Urgent Care service at Express Healthcare, 4701 Melbourne Pl, College Park, MD 20740, on May 17, 2025. I was treated by a Medical Assistant (MA) C**** and a Physician Assistant (PA) L****** D****. I have redacted their names for this public comment but will be including them in a direct email to the clinic.nnI visited after sustaining bruises and a sprain from a bicycle fall. While the MA cleaned and dressed my wounds, I had serious concerns about the hygiene practices during treatment.nn1. A piece of gauze was soaked in Betadine over the sink to clean my bruises. The MA wore gloves but repeatedly alternated between cleaning my wounds and rinsing Betadine off the sink using the same gloves, raising concerns about cross-contamination.nn2. After dressing my wounds, the MA used a tissue to clean the countertop. During this, the lid of the Betadine bottle fell into the sink. It was rinsed with water and then dried with the same tissue used on the counter, before being placed back on the bottle u2014 an unacceptable breach of basic hygiene.nnConcerned about the sterility of the wound care, I immediately visited another urgent care facility (Patient First, 10424 Baltimore Ave, Beltsville, MD 20705), where the cleaning and dressing were properly redone.nnBased on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting Express Healthcare. I am formally reporting this incident via email to the clinicu2019s management and will update this review if I receive a meaningful response.

My visit at Urgent Care today was so wonderful. My medical assistant Chela and Brenda greeted me kindness and respect. Both of them were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the medical care I received.nDr. Lincoln is an amazing Doctor that took the time to explain everything to me. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends.

Misdiagnosed twice. Nurses rushing in to take my pulse, with attitudes. Doctor prescribing meds like itu2019s candy and later recommending to halt on them for another prescription for late lab test diagnosis discovered after my visit which shouldu2019ve been available during my visit. Basically playing guessing games with my health and life. Last visitation in this medical facility. Canu2019t believe Teladoc Health were better at diagnosing and prescribing me with the exact medication over the phone than the physician did during a physical visit.

I had an excellent experience today at Express Healthcare. The office was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly courteous, efficient, and attentive to my needs. Chela and Brenda, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend their services!
