Awful service! I called this clinic specifically because they have the capability do do an ultrasound. The young lady who answered phone told me to be there before 5:30 and I arrived at 5:10. I checked in and wrote my name and arrival time. She then left and was huddled with two other employees one of which the ultrasound tech and proceeded to talk and ignore me. She then came back to desk did not bother to ask if I needed help and then called an extension to inform me the tech was gone. Never again the place is a joke!

I had an awful experience at this urgent care. After expressing my concerns and pain, the nurse practitioner and another u201cnurseu201ccompletely disregarded the clear signs after the examination, dismissed what I was experiencing, told me what my limits were, and even said, u2018I know other people who can do it u2026u2019, comparing me to people I donu2019t even know. She initially advised that I could have the procedure done there, but when I followed up, I was told I could no longer come to the office with no reason given.nnThis is my second negative experience at this office. During my first visit, I couldnu2019t get a proper diagnosis, and the nurse practitioner tried to administer medication under false pretenses and even charged me and I had to jump through hoops get a refund. I had to seek a second opinion, and the doctor I saw elsewhere provided proper care.nnThis urgent care is incredibly unprofessional, biased, and dismissive. I will be reporting this office for their conduct and refusal to provide proper care. I do not recommend this place.

Visit on 12/29/2024. The customer greeting was really unprofessional. Doctor was the most quickest exam doctor I ever see. and eventhought I really told that I did have an allergy test, still insist that i should have it and pay 250.00 plus 50.00 copay so I can have a prescription for my eye. After the test, the Doctor didn't tell me what kind of an allergy do I have. Just give me a precription Turn out, my prescription is antibiotic . Wont ever come back.

I'm going to go against the trend here on the reviews and say this place wasn't bad, maybe they change some staff. I didn't actually get any medical work done just came here on short notice on a Sunday for a DOT physical. So I can't speak for someone coming in with an actual medical problems but the physical was $60 which is a good price. I was in and out with no problems place was pretty clean. I would come back.

Went in with an infected nose I knew the cream I needed as I have had this happen before and I told the doctor all I wanted was the cream he looked at my nose for two seconds and then did an ultrasound on my thyroid and would not tell me why they needed to do, put my back in the room and told me they were going to do a cat scan so I walked out they call my phone a bunch of times so I went back and told them I didnu2019t want a cat scan or an Ultrasound all I wanted was the cream they told me they couldnu2019t give me the script and that I had to buy the cream there and they did not take insurance so after fighting back and forth them they finally gave me the prescription. Would not recommend them at all, all they wanted was more money when all I needed was a 5 dollar cream
