Thankfully, this place exists. I have gone to this place for years for myself and happily take my daughter here as well. She gets better care at this facility than her primary doctors office. I'm in-between switching pediatricians and the front desk staff of Kris and the gentleman who work are phenomenal. The nurses are always great when getting the vitals, even when my daughter is under-the-weather and a bit feisty. The doctors and Nurse Practitioners are always prompt (given the circumstances.) This facility not only treats patients but also performs drug testing for employment, so while the waiting room may not seem busy, they are always busy! I've never waited too long and my needs have always been met. Thank you for doing such a thorough job consistently!

I recently gave this facility 5 stars for great customer service by the physician. Sadly, I'm forced to change this rating to a 1. The date of service was originally 8/16/21 and approximately 6 weeks later, we find out they never billed the insurance company. We were forced to conference the insurance company and the medical facility and both finally claimed to have received a bill. Effective 10/23/21, a past due bill was received appearing the company never billed insurance. The facility claims it will not affect credit history. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever seen in a medical facility.

5 stars!! Great experience all around! Went in with a laceration on my shin. The receptionist saw me limping in and brought me straight back to get looked at. As soon as I got in the room the medical assistant started collecting vitals and assessing my leg. The provider stitched me up and within the hour I was in and out. UPDATE! The laceration repair looks amazing!!! Can hardly see the cut anymore. Will definitely return. Thanks again EMC

I think I've used this place at least twice in the last 6 years of my current employer for DOT physicals. I've never had a problem with their staff or they're waiting area or anything. I dread having to drink a bunch of water just before I get there so I can get the urinalysis sample but that's on me and not them. I'll be going back too in about 3 months so yay for me

I live very close to this urgent care and another one. Both have friendly staff BUT this place is the better choice. They get you in and out quickly with minimal wait time, all while being throughout. I went to the other one time for a sinus infection and it took me 2 hours to be seen, this place took 15 minutes. The reception, MAs and the doctors are all very friendly and accommodating. I will always choose Express Med first!
