My insurance picked this urgent care because it was close to my home and in my insurance network.nnThe doctor assured me it was muscular pain I was experiencing and made me comfortable knowing I can come back if the pain continues after taking 5 days of medication.nnI highly recommend this urgent care especially because I made the appointment the day of and the times available were so convenient for my schedule.nnThank you!

Exceptionally clean facility with a friendly, attentive, and highly knowledgeable team. Iu2019m so grateful to have this place nearby! The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and helpful from the moment I walked in. My mother, who is temporarily visiting me, was experiencing dizziness, and upon checking her blood pressure, I found that it was elevated. As she does not have medical insurance, I paid the $150 consultation fee for her appointment at Express Urgent care one month ago. During the first visit, the doctor prescribed medication for a 30-day period. The doctor advised us to monitor her blood pressure at home and assured us that if the medication worked to control it, we could call in for a refill for the same medication.nnHowever, when I called today at approximately 2:00 PM to request a refill, the person who answered the phone was unhelpful and unprofessional. She did not ask for my motheru2019s name or date of birth to review her case, and instead, bluntly told me that the doctor would need to see my mother in person again for a refill and that we would be charged another $150 consultation fee. This was a clear contradiction to what we were initially told during the visit.nnWhile I am not opposed to paying for medical services when necessary, the lack of consistency in your communication and the unhelpful attitude of the staff member who answered my call is completely unacceptable. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation and showed no willingness to understand or resolve the issue.nnI am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism I encountered at Express Urgent Care. I do not typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience to help others who might seek medical assistance at this facility. From my experience, it seems that the focus is more on financial gain than providing genuine care to patients.nnI hope that future patients do not encounter the same poor level of service that I did.
