I scheduled an appointment at Carbon Health just one hour before the visit u2014 I really appreciate how easy and fast the process was. When I arrived, everything went smoothly and I didnu2019t have to wait long.The staff was very kind and professional. Iu2019m still learning English, and they were very patient with me and even helped with translation to make sure I understood everything.The doctor explained the treatment clearly and sent the prescription right to the pharmacy.Thank you to the whole team for your support, understanding, and excellent care!

I gave 3 stars because I had multiple positive experiences with Carbon Health up until yesterday. I made a same-day appointment under the 'injury' category. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told there was no x-ray tech. The person at the desk was very rude and chided me saying 'we did call you twice. After leaving, I double checked my phone. I received one call from Carbon Health that afternoon and the message only said that they were confirming my appointment. I was unable to take that call and as I had made the appointment the same day, did not think it was necessary to call within an hour of my appointment to confirm. This interaction was very disappointing. I am not sure if I will ever go back.

This Carbon health location is my go to urgent care. Every time I visit I never leave disappointed. Each provider I have seen is very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly which is refreshing. I have seen PA, Patel a few times and appreciate that he listens to my needs and added bonus he is very good with my two little ones making it easier when they need to be seen. The facility is always clean, any scripts needed are always sent in immediately and they serve diverse groups with no judgement which is also a plus. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful.

Best Urgent Care facility that Iu2019ve ever been tou2026A lot of Urgent Care facilities have done away with appointments. I made an appointment online . I showed up 15 minutes early ..greeted by courteous kind workers u2026was called back by nurse within 3 minutesu2026saw Doctor within 5 minutes after I was done with nurseu2026in & out around 20 minutesu2026.called in script to pharmacy that was already filled before I got back to workCarbon Urgent Care hands down , THE BEST

Excellent experience. Provider was wonderful. She addressed my concerns, diagnosed me, and medications were waiting for me at the pharmacy on my way home. Front desk staff and medical assistant were also wonderful. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable.
