Only one Dr Assistant. I liked her. Waiting room was extremely small. 5 people coughing, fever, headache. Some wore mask, not everyone. Very long wait. The staff and Dr deserve better. Starting with a larger office and more staff.

Incompetent and rude staff. The doctors are nice, but almost every time I was seen they are rushing you out the door. They wouldnu2019t even clean up after the person before you. One time I had a serious wound that they told me to come in for, just for them to put a bandaid on it u201cbecause the doctor is too busyu201d. Unbelievable.

Literally the worst experience Iu2019ve ever had with a doctor. Will not be coming back. Ever. I will be writing to corporate and ensuring they know how they treat people who are sick and canu2019t get better on their own. Iu2019ve been coming here for years and years and have never dealt with such rude people. If they donu2019t like their job, they shouldnu2019t be in healthcare.

This place is a joke; walked in today at 5:45 with My Child sick; took someone five minute's, to come up front; than refused to see Us. Stating they close at 6:00 now; yet We walked in at 5:45. Bad Business ud83dudc4e

I have been going to Express Care for many years. Office and doctors are always kind and professional to be in my time of need. Itu2019s hard to get in to my primary these days due to staff shortages. I appreciate the availability of this clinic. I have had some long waits but since Iu2019m in healthcare myself I understand that staffing & high patient volume can be an issue at times so I patiently wait knowing I will get good care in a short while. Doctors have been there for years who are dedicated to helping others. Dr. Brunk, Dr. Koopman & others have diagnosed me effectively so many times throughout my many years. Thanks for being there for me and so many others!
