In my opinion, this place is a complete joke pretending to be an urgent care and the name ExpressMD is almost laughable, because there wasnu2019t a single actual MD (medical doctor) anywhere in sight.I came in clearly unwell, and instead of listening or treating the real issue, they ran a bunch of tests that, to me, felt completely random and unnecessary like they were more focused on maximizing billing than providing care. It didnu2019t feel like healthcare; it felt like a scripted money-making routine.There was no doctor. Just nurses and a Physician Assistant who, based on my experience, didnu2019t seem capable of handling anything beyond basic checkups. The medication they gave me didnu2019t help, I got worse, and had to go somewhere else days later just to get properly treated.And then came the outrageous bill. For rushed, ineffective care that left me worse off, they charged like I had been seen by a specialist team. In my view, this place exists to extract money from sick people while offering the bare minimum in return.Strongly recommend staying far away from this place. Even the name is misleading.

ONE YEAR AFTER going here for service AND paying my $50 deductible day of service - I received a Billing for the $50 deductible and showing Patient Paid amount as under $5. I called for an explanation and the very, very rude Billing Supervisor told me she didn't want to discuss the Patient Paid amount (???), just that I owed $50 and started trying to explain how insurance pays. (I'm an Insurance Agent.) Again I asked why this billing was a year later, that we had paid the deductible that day and why we were only credited $4.86?? She couldn't explain, but insisted I pay $50. I asked her to look into this and let me know. She didn't, just mailed me out another billing marked Final Notice! NEVER going back here.........very rude and unknowledgeable people working there. The Doctors did a fine job though!

Front desk was nice, however meeting with PA Jenn was not a good experience. As she walked in she immediately was monotoned and felt like she didnu2019t like her job. It was such a short interaction with her and immediately put me on antibiotics rather than asking questions. She had someone shadowing her, hopefully she has had a better experience.

I will never go back. We went in for pain in back and chest. The assistant Jen comes in and doesnu2019t ask any questions and no eye contact. Literally just presses on his back and says itu2019s muscular did you workoutu2026 no it has been going on for months and difficulty breathing. We asked for an X-ray and right away oku2026.. waited another hour to go home with a CD ud83dudcbf and than she says well an X-ray doesnu2019t show muscle so you just exposed your patient for no reason.. I said your the u201cdoctor u201c clearly this was done for the benefit of billing. We left with no answers and her pointing at the door there is your exit! Sheu2019s the worse and should not be practicing!! she offered to pull up a picture on google to show us what the muscle looks like/is . I really think this place needs to hire medical professionals I would not let her attend me or my family ever . We will be going somewhere else with this CD of X-rays since he came back with itu2019s not your bones itu2019s muscular.

The worst experience! ''Jen'' is a very bitter woman, clearly unhappy with her life. She hates her job and simply doesnu2019t care about the patients or customer service! They took me to the room and didnu2019t check anything! Then they left and just told me, 'Wait here a few minutes,' and disappeared. I was left waiting in the room for 2 hours with the door closed! I had to leave! This was the worst experience this place is a joke!
