I donu2019t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my terrible experience with this officeu2014specifically regarding their billing practices and how I was treated by their Director of Finance, Lisa Christou.nnBack in April, I called to discuss my balance and was explicitly told I could pay in four monthly installments. They even took my card information over the phone. I trusted that arrangement and expected the payments to be processed accordingly.nnFast forward months later: I receive an email out of nowhere telling me theyu2019re sending my account to collectionsu2014no warning, no prior follow-up, and completely ignoring the payment plan they agreed to. I was blindsided and understandably upset.nnI tried to explain the situation and asked for fairness or at least some accountability. Instead, I was met with coldness and hostility from Lisa Christou. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and flat-out refused to acknowledge their mistake. Rather than working with me, she shut down the conversation and offered zero solutions aside from paying in full now or the amount will be sent to collections.nnThis kind of treatment is unacceptableu2014especially from a healthcare provider. Patients deserve clear communication and to be treated with basic respect. Please think twice before trusting this office with your care or your finances.

I've had to go here a few times now for not so fun things.nnThe staff is great to deal with, fantastic for a stressed out patient. It takes the edge off of unpleasant situations.nnMuch better than my experiences with the local hospitals.

I was a little nervous because I didnu2019t have a great experience over the phone with the office. I went in yesterday for a procedure and Iu2019ve never seen a more caring, nice group of people. All of the nurses were so amazing. Highly recommend this facility.

I had an upper gi scope procedure done on 12/30/24. I will never go back to this facility. The nurses were so rude, I sat in the waiting room before my procedure for over an hour and was told to u201csit down u201c they will get to me. Then after the procedure, a nurse removed my iv, put a cotton ball on the site with tape and told me to get dressed. I realized my arm was dripping with blood onto the floor and called out for a nurse. She came back and asked why I wasnu2019t getting dressed and I had to point to the blood dripping down my arm. None of the staff could answer any of my questions and they wouldnu2019t get a Dr to answer them but told me to call with my questions. I will never go back to this facility.

Bedford Ambulatory is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about this professional and efficient center. Special thanks to Lisa C. in billing that greatly helped me out with a problem. You will not find a better place in all of New England.
