I am incensed. I called today to make a reservation for my aunt who is handicapped. The dispatcher claimed that he didn't have any availability and hung up on me. My aunt has been a loyal client for over 20 yrs. Within the last few yrs, the care & concern that they at one time showed lacks terribly. They have delayed in answering/returning phone calls & have lacked any attempt in punctuality of return pickups. If there were another company I'd definitely prefer to call but sadly there isn't. Im definitely at a lost.

9/23/24 one of your vehicles driving like an idiot on the freeway!! I had to blow on the horn so he wouldn't merge into me ! Then watched the driver serving all over 270 ! Cutting in front of cars! Medical transport?! Ridiculous ! Would like to see his driving record ! Do not use this company!!!! So dangerous will also be reporting

I booked the request a week back and the experience was great. The person guided me book. The person arrived on time and dropped me in time along with wheelchair. The ride was safe. I called after my work completed and they came in short time to drop me back to home. The vehicle has provisions toLoad patient with wheelchair safely.I would recommend this service to other needy people.

This service is not reliable. Wonu2019t take reservations until 8 hours in advance and then has limited availability. We tried to use them three times and only one out of three was successful. They were on time but the return trip driver was quite rude when we suggested a better route than his Google maps.

Poor customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would. I explained my medical situation and the agent asked you can't just catch an Uber or cab? He gave me pricing then insisted that I contact the medical facility to verify if they require the driver to sign me out (since legally they can't do that), and if not to call back and schedule. I called back and no one would pick up the phone. I left a message and was never called back. That was over a week ago. If y'all didn't want the business you should have just said so instead of wasting my time and ignoring my calls for service.
