I have consistently gotten excellent care from Dr. Nguyen and all members of the team.nnAdditionally and importantly, I've never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen when I've dropped in or more than 10 when I've had an appointment. Once, the wait in the back was longer than ideal, but I don't think that it's ever taken me more than an hour to check-in, get seen, and get the care I need.nnThis is my absolute go-to when I don't need to be on the East Bank for work.

Expressway Urgent Care was clean, quick, and compassionate. The staff was very accommodating and kind, and I felt genuinely cared for and heard. The physicians were not afraid to collaborate with each other and work as a team, and everyone from the receptions, to the nursing staff, to the blood work technicians were extremely kind and understanding. Shoutout to the radiologist u201cMJu201d who was so kind to check in on me throughout my visit. The pharmacists are lovely and extremely helpful as well.nnUpdate: I felt the need to take a star off of my review- I went to a second urgent care in my home state and found out that I was over-prescribed medication by this urgent care, and one of the medications I was prescribed is actually hurting me more than helping me. The pharmacist, although kind, sped through telling me about my medication and did not ensure that I had an actual understanding of the side effects or contraindications overprescribing is an issue!

I randomly stopped at this Urgent Care/Gretna Medical Center last week when I wanted to get checked out. I was having flu symptoms and my usual urgent care was packed with people. I came here and was able to be seen in a timely manner. I even completed a followup with them.nnThe facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. On my second visit I met MJ while getting my x-rays completed and she was so nice. I think I have found my new urgent care and primary care facility here. Plus, there is a pharmacy a few steps away!nnI'm very happy that I stumbled across this gem.

Came here for my 1-693,place is nice and clean. Staff are very nice,from check in to getting my shots i felt comfortable. Ms. Kim helped me with the final process and i really appreciate her for that. Would definitely recommend this clinic. Gold stars to everyone! Thank you.

It is a convenient location, clean, friendly environment. I didn't have to wait a long time. All the staff was nice and was very helpful. The young lady that did my blood work was friendly and did a great job (I have small veins). X-ray tech M.J. made me feel comfortable and was helpful. Finished my appointment in record time.
