I took my exam at this center on Monday, the 19th, and I wanted to commend the proctor/coordinator with long blonde/orange hair and a mustache. He was by far the most professional and supportive proctor Iu2019ve encountered. His kindness, willingness to assist, and proactive approach went above and beyond what is typically expected. Individuals like him truly deserve recognition and praise for their exceptional service. Will be going there as long as he still works there.

I don't usually leave reviews of places, but I feel that this place and the people who were at this prometric are really worth it. I took my step exam here, and I really had one of the best experiences. The day before they called me to confirm my appointment and my arrival time and that made me feel a little more calm about the time to take the exam in a new place. About the test day, the accessibility of the place was super good, the restrooms were small but clean, the people who were there were super attentive, kind and efficient at all times, from the moment I arrived until I finished. Thank you so much for making a critical moment like taking these types of tests a lighter way.

its pretty grey and bleak in the lobby and testing rooms (as maybe it should be for testing situations). the men's room on the 2nd floor isn't great. but as far as the exam process goes, i went here 4 times to take the CPA exam without any issue. they gave me 2 pencils, scratch paper, and a calculator with the mushiest buttons i've ever pressed, but it did the job. with that, i owe this place my thanks.

Today was my day one of USMLE Step 3 and everything was going on smooth and great until I was finished with the exam. The ladies who checked me in and present during breaks were extremely nice and polite however the staff changed and when i was finished with the exam, I came out and sat on the chair in the center to relax from the exam trauma and the lady on the counter yelled at me rudely to get out of the centre. She could have said this nicely to me, I wasnu2019t breaking any rules. It was 8pm maybe she was tired or something but she was extremely rude. I have my day two scheduled here as well, and i am a bit disappointed already.
