Arrived and was immediately treated rudely by the front desk clerk. Following providing basic information was told to sit. Once we sat we were called up and told our primary insurance was not accepted. John Hopkins and TRICARE not accepted. I suggest this sign be removed stating accepts all major insurance if you do not accept. FURTHERMORE the person at front desk seemed inexperienced or unfamiliar with how to find our insurance asking us how to look it up as if we were trained in her role. Short, rude and do not recommend

This was my first time visiting and I was very pleased with how efficient and friendly the staff was at check in. I didnu2019t realize the clinic offered so many services. The nurse was amazing. The doctor was great and inquisitive about my visit which I appreciate. I felt that he was thorough and concerned. I will definitely be back. Hidden gem in Stafford!

Reducing my rating on this place. Specifically because they say they offer primary care but can't seem to submit claims right. My annual checkup is 100% covered. However, they always submit as a urgent care visit. Again, this year will have to chase this down to correct. Be careful from the insurance side if you want to use as primary care. Other than that it's a decent option.

My first experience here couldnu2019t have been any better. Emily, the MA, is literally the sweetest, calmest human being ever. The dr was great, very informative. The girl at the front desk was great as well! ((I have read about the billing issues so Ill update if I have any issues))

Great experience, staff was patient, caring, and welcoming. Yami (the receptionist) was extra caring to my 6-year-old who was not feeling well. She was very pleasant.
