Dr. Chad really cared about what I was saying. I feel like he took a personal interest in my concerns and he directed me in the proper way to address them. I have never had a Dr. Spend an entire hour talking to me diagnosing my illness. I highly recommend Dr. Chad.

Today is the 4th time my family and I have been turned away from receiving service because they are full. When I walk in nobody is in the waiting room and they close at 5:00pm and itu2019s 2:45pm when I arrive. I do love the doctors and nurses, but their service is horrible. They are very unreliable for a walk-in clinic. If they are going to advertise as a walk-in clinic, they need to service customers as a walk-in clinic. Otherwise, change it to appointment only and people will know what to expect. I will be looking elsewhere going forward as I cannot depend on them for myself and my family when have immediate medical needs that do not require an emergency hospital visit.

As Always the clinic has been a life saver! I usually don't wait very long compared to the hospital. Nurses are are Always helpful and very kind and doctor Chad is very knowledgeable and has help me and my family.

The best, most straightforward experience I have had at an urgent care facility.nnAwesome things:n~I was in and out in about 45 minutes with three other people there getting help.n~Easy paperworkn~Nurse saw me quickly and was professional and nicen~Doctor was straight forward and thuroughn~When discussing medications I felt he offered options but didn't push or discourage me from making choices to fit my needsn~Prescription was ready at the pharmacy within 15 minutes of my appointment being overnThings to be aware of:n~Out of pocket is $190n~Walk-in onlyn~They take a lunch break 12-1pm so try to be there before 11am or after 1pm

I went to Fairlight Medical Center today around 10am because of having pains on my right side for more than a week now, and I can say that I had a wonderful visit. Met Harmony from the front desk, although she was busy she was able to attend to my concerns. In a couple minutes the nurse called me right away. Brandy is pretty sweet and although I ask some unlikely questions out of my curiosity, she was very polite to address it. Especially Doctor Chad, he is very courteous and informative in taking care of my overall questions and health concerns. I just want to thank this wonderful people from this facility for taking care of me today and for being nice to me in a professional way :) I feel better and I'm grateful. Thank you so much and God bless you all :)
