I want to share a simple review and ask you to avoid this place for your medical exam (I-693) for green cards or other USCIS-related matters. The staff here is very rude, lacking basic social skills, and the prices are high. They made several mistakes on my I-693 form, including my last name and date of birth, and when I tried to correct them, they refused to accept their mistakes and became even more arrogant. The front desk staffs, including a Latino/Mexican woman and a Muslim woman, were also rude and unprofessional. I had to go back multiple times just to make sure everything was correct. Please find another place with a civil surgeon who knows what theyu2019re doing. Avoid this place if you can.nnI donu2019t understand how people without social skills get hired for customer service jobs.

SCAM! Do not go here. They just tried submitting a claim to my insurance company from an August 2021 visit for a COVID test for $2,500 - 3 years later!! Insane. I will be reporting them for insurance fraud. And as you can see from their reviews, this is not the first time they've done this to people (they tried submitting my Aug 2021 claim last year as well and it was denied so they tried it again this year).

I had originally put a 1 star review back in covid times but now I understand that they were really busy. The nurse practitioner Nina is fantastic and so caring. The staff is friendly over the phone and in person, especially Anna and Mariah and I highly recommend them for a health care provider.

I think they even donu2019t deserve 1 star.nThey cancel first appointment on the some day 1 h before it, than for next appointment they even not made it, so we went there and they not have any records of our second appointment, the rude stuff and unprofessional attitude.nSo better find another location if you need any form based on appointments.

We went there for some reports. we had some difficulties on the first examination such as they couldn't get blood sample from my son for 3 days while another clinic took it at once in 5 mins. but I didn't consider them that much. But they did a mistake on my sons report and application rejected after almost 2 years because of it. instead of apologizing they tried to get full fee to renew report. Even though we agreed on some discount with manager Husein, the secretary rejected to prepare documents and they didn't agree on it next week when Husein was at vacation. So I went to another clinic to get a new report
