SAVE YOUR COPAY RECEIPT! I paid the copay at the time of service and have since received two bills for the cost of the copay. I have hand delivered a copy of the receipt with the itemized bill (before receiving the second copy of the bill in the mail) and have tried calling the billing line just to be forced into leaving a message despite choosing to wait on hold for more than 30 minutes (after receiving the second bill in the mail.)nnUpdate: I spoke with Danielle, the local practice administrator, who shared the bill is closed. I still have not received a call back from the billing company or written record that the balance is zero. Danielle was very kind and great to deal with over the phone. I wish there wasn't a third party billing company in the middle.

Genuinely one of the worst medical experiences of my life. Went in for a potentially broken hand. Needed to get x-rays done. which were taken so poorly that they showed absolutely nothing of the break and required the specialist I went to the next day to take new x-rays to actually be able to see what was going on.nnI was then left in a room by myself for the better part of an hour while the staff fumbled around having no idea what to do with me, all but abandoning me in the room I was placed in, with a significant portion of the time having the door wide open. The doctor eventually came back around to say that I should go to a specialist, telling me absolutely nothing about the situation with my hand, with the only piece of advice he had for me being to ask for surgery(despite not even having an x-ray that showed the actual break).nnThe staff then came around to give me a boxer's brace that they just had laying around, in which it took two different staff members around 10 minutes to try putting it on me with neither one having any idea on how to do so, ending with it being put on incorrectly. Later I learned that the brace was not even correctly put together, and that it had been missing a strap which required modification in order to even wear properly.nnI was then left in the room for roughly another 30 minutes. At one point, one of the staff popped their head in the room, saw I was still in the room, and hollared out that I was still in the room before disappearing without a word to me. I had to leave the room and talk to someone to figure out what the hell was even going on, before I was finally given my paperwork and was allowed to leave.nnA month later, I finally received my bill, in which I was charged nearly 10 times the price of the boxer's brace they just threw at me, which again was not even properly put on me and was missing a piece necessary to wear it. The bill came through a company that seemed to go by roughly a half dozen different names, none of which showed up on any of the paperwork filed through my insurance. When I reached out to them to see if the equipment could be returned so I wasn't stuck with this ridiculous bill, I was told they would take down my information and contact me later, which never happened.nnSo in summary, I burned 2 hours so that the staff could fumble me around the entire time, gave me absolutely nothing to go off of regarding my injury, and had an unnecessary piece of equipment thrown at me solely for the purpose of charging me hundreds of dollars for something that costs no more than $50 on any medical supply retailer. Genuinely the care I received was so poor that when I recounted it to the specialist I went to the next day, they looked at me in horror and told me I should never ever go back. Save yourself the headache and go to literally any other medical care provider. At least you'll have a better chance of getting actual competant medical care.

Came here because my leg was hurting from an accident I had years ago. They got me right in and were super nice and helpful and I left pain free. Definitely recommend!

I really did not wait very long however, I thought I waited longer than I should have since there was only four people in there at the time that I went in, but it was explained to me by the doctor that he was very busy taking care of another patient and he apologize so I do respect that and everything went very smoothly. They were all very pleasant and I would recommend this place to go to

The most pleasant medical experience Iu2019ve ever had. Receptionist was amazing and extremely friendly. My nurse Brandi was hilarious and so helpful. The doctor had great bedside manner. The whole experience was a 10/10. And they gave me a lollipop since I have an upcoming birthday. They are THE standard. Amazing job
