I have been going to Fall River since they first opened! Dr. Gillette has seen all of my children since they were born! He is amazing with my kids and always makes sure all my questions are answered! He is thorough when I have seen him and always addresses all of my concerns regardless of size! He is patient and kind with kiddos who show anxiety around strangers. The nurses are great, and are quick to put things through in a timely manner. Leslie is a shining star and quick to ask how everyone is doing! We love seeing her when we visit! My family has seen all of the providers for various reasons and will continue going here for any medical need! Fall River is the best!

I brought my daughter due to a fall. We wanted them to check her ankle and her unborn baby. She twisted her ankle. The doctor never took off shoe or sock to look at her foot until I said something. They were so unprofessional. The nurse was trying to do a blood draw, she went fishing with the big needle. She missed, and finally got the butterfly needle. She put the Needle, Tubing, and the vial on the windowsill. She dripped blood on the window sill and a half a$$ job cleaning up. The nurse was using alcohol swabs. I got a paper towel and hand sanitizer and cleaned up the rest. The nurse left to grab my daughter a brace for her ankle.The nurse and put the vial in her back pocket. I asked her if she had enough blood. We were testing to see if the baby okay, since my daughter isn't very far along. The doctor didn't even want to do an X-Ray to see if she broke anything. I made them do it. I will never go in for myself or family. I repeatedly told them that my daughter didn't live here. Today, 5-9-25 they want my daughter to come in again because there is something wrong with her blood work. Yeah. Cause the nurse missed her vein, didn't draw enough blood. She doesn't live here!!

We have been to Fall River several times through the years with the kids, great service every time. We will be coming here again when accidents happen or kids get sick. As a cash pay patient they are very reasonable compared to other Dr offices we have been to.Thanks Fall River!

Fall River Urgent Care is efficient but often lacks thoroughness and attentiveness. Iu2019ve visited several times for various issues, including cold and flu symptoms and even a sprained ankle. Unfortunately, each visit has left me feeling like their primary concern is getting me out the door quickly rather than addressing my concerns effectively.Most recently, I went in due to cold symptoms and noticeable white spots on my tonsils. The physician assistant who saw me initially said he didnu2019t see any white spots and simply tested me for strep. When the test came back negative, I was advised to drink lemon and honey water and sent on my way. I had to insist he take another look, and only then did he acknowledge the white spots but dismissed them as tonsil stones.Unsatisfied, I sought a second opinion at a different clinic, where I was correctly diagnosed with an infection and prescribed both antibiotics and medication to relieve my symptoms.If youu2019re looking for a quick in-and-out visit, Fall River may work for you. However, if you value thorough care and attentive bedside manner, I would recommend seeking help elsewhere.

Let me save you time & money if youu2019re going for Urgent Care visits - go to Sterling Urgent Care instead. I have waisted time going to Fall River Medical because they bill you as if youu2019re seeing a primary care doctor every time. Many calls back and forth with receptionists, nurses, and insurance help, I somewhat got what my insurance covers (I still ended up paying more than I shouldu2019ve.) One visit at Sterling Urgent Care and it was smooth as butter and my insurance covered the visit properly. Crazy right!?
