Friendly Professional Staff, and clean Environment. The Nurse that took my EKG was Professional, and made sure the information was detailed & correct for my Doctor by taking to time to take 2 scans. This is a very good Clinic & Despite my prior Experience from a past visit in the same building they are under new management & I was impressed then just as I am now. The front office help was very polite, and carin. It was a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend them to other's & I'm sure you will be just as satisfied with them as I was. I am very fortunate to have the help from Ms. Jenni L. in arranging the immigration physical exam for my nephew with Dr. Walter R.. Since we are not living close to the clinic and the interview of my nephew was coming up soon, I have made many phone calls to try to find available places to schedule his physical exam as soon as possible not knowing much about the requirements and procedures. Ever since Ms. Jenni took the phone call, the rest is a much smoother and pleasant experience. I even received reminding phone call from Ms. Jenni with more detailed suggestions and instructions which saved us a lot of time. Her great knowledge and caring attitude in scheduling us in two days ahead of our initial appointment truly saved me a lot of travel, and allowing us to receive the results earlier. When we were in the clinic, it was wonderful to meet her in person and have the exams done professional and smoothly by Dr. Walter. The clinic is very clean and well decorated. The staff members are friendly and polite, especially Ms. Ona at the front desk, who helped us finishing the forms so politely even though she was fairly busy all the time. My nephew had a successful immigration interview with the document this clinic provided. We appreciate all the help we received!

I definitely recommend this place for your immigration medical exams. I was fortunate to be attended by friendly professionals from the moment I arrived at the front desk all the way to the doctor. But I want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Ms. Jenni. She was very attentive to my doubts and the communication through emails and calls was very helpful. The entire medical process went smoothly and the results only took a few days. I appreciate all the kindness and professionalism of Falls Avenue Immediate Care.

The team at Falls Avenue Immediate Care is very helpful and goes out of the way to assist the patients. We had a scheduled check up at the clinic, and Ms Jenni not only took care of the check up, but she also proactively helped us to set up the follow ups. The staff is very professional and Ms Jenni is very helpful !

They were quick and proficient the front desk girl was very polite and helpful I appreciate her good service, unfortunately once I was pulled to the back by the CMA she clearly was either in a rush or irritated either way neither one was my problem if she was. My advice as someone who also works in the medical field is keep your personal feelings and problems outside the workplace, especially with patients you never know when your patient also works as a nurse. Anyways doctor was very kind and communicated with me very well with me. Took probably 30 minutes total for my visit.
