I never seen a family urgent care this bad! Firstly I would like to say the doctor is great! His staff members are super unprofessional and rude. They close at 9 PM. They locked the doors by 8 PM and they have people coming in and they are putting them on the waitlist while thereu2019s the full lobby thatu2019s full. I ended up leaving because it got crowded up and people have been waiting up to four hours just to get an injection. Why do you have walk-ins if you have a four hour wait might as well Have an appointment only office. No refreshments no nothing Thirsty theyu2019ve been waiting over four hours with nothing but sitting down. Unacceptableu2026

Dr. Laith, Dr. Karam, and the Front Desk (Dunya) provide the best service! They go above and beyond to help with everything the patient needs. Theyu2019re especially supportive and kind to those without insurance, which really shows their dedication and compassion. The entire team is professional, organized, and offers the best customer service Iu2019ve experienced. Highly recommended!

This place stays open until 9 on the website but Iu2019ve never seen staff so rude who were ready to get you out and not care to take you. Watched them be so ready to lock the door- every time someone left at 8:00. Some one walked in and they didnu2019t want to tell them weu2019re not taking anymore patients until 20 minutes passed by.nnI called and they said they take my insurance. Apparently for some reason the system was running into errors and they couldnu2019t take it. How convenient for them. I was not even halfway out the door someone rushed out from the offices to lock the door behind me. They were ready. I knew they werenu2019t going to take me as soon as they said u201coh we take Cigna but weu2019re not sure if we take all kindsu201d - I literally have the best of the best for my plan. Just uncaring lazy and rude all around at this place. This is no place to go if you need medical attention
