Staff and doctors were polite but it took 2.5 hours for a simple blood and urine sample on a day that was not busy. Over an hour for the Dr to come in and another hour for the nurse to actually take the sample. You pretty much have to take the entire day off if you want to come to this office as itu2019s always like this. The last time I had blood work here I had to call them multiple times for the results because no one ever got back to me

Last April, I visited this urgent care center late at night due to a abdomen pain. After an X-ray, I was referred to the nearest hospital's emergency center. Following a CT scan and several blood tests, it turned out to be a false alarm. However, I ended up with a medical bill exceeding $3,500 from the emergency center after insurance. I also paid the full medical bill from the urgent care center. While I truly appreciate the doctor's thorough examination and the careful attention to my health, the medical costs were extremely high, and in hindsight, I wish I had chosen a different urgent care facility.

I have been going there for a number of years but it has gone downhill. I cut my hand and could not get the bleeding to stop. I was put in a room and finally a nurse came in about 2 hours later. The doctor did the stitches after I had been there about 3.5 hours. I finally was able to leave after 4 hours. I do understand if they are slammed and/or understaffed but they don't communicate in any way so that you know you are going to be seen and haven't been forgotten about.

Good morning,I've been to so many places, but the customer service in this place is the worst. Back in December, I went for a physical, they had me in the room for an hour, and nobody came to see me when I decided to leave. The doctor came, and I told her I'm leaving because I can't believe I was sitting here for an hour. I told the doctor that I did not want the services and to please just give me a blood prescription refill. Now they charge my insurance $205.00 and they also wants my $15.00 copay. IN MY BOOK IS ONLY ONE NAME FOR THIS PLACE THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES THIEVESI called and spoke to Patty, very NASTY LADY NASTY AS SHE CAN BE, SHE ALSO HUNG UP THE PHONEEVERYTIMES YOU CALL FOR ANYTHING ABOUT BILLING, THEY ARE NASTYMAYBE FOR YOU TO WORK THERE IS A REQUIREMENT
