There are many other urgent cares. Don't risk it with this one.nnReasons:n1. I went for myself for some symptoms I was having. They didn't test me for anything and sent me on my way. I continued to have horrible symptoms for days and was treated later by another medical provider that actually tested me and gave me medication to help me.n2. I took my kid and they prescribed the wrong dosage of medication which was caught by the pharmacist. The urgent care only changed it after I followed up several times. It was not safe.n3. I took my kid again and they prescribed a medication that counteracted with other medication, even though I asked them to check several times to make sure there wasn't an interaction. My kid's doctor caught it and advised us never to go back there because of the horrible things they've heard about them from other patients and in the community.nnI kept going back because they have better hours than the other urgent cares in the area, but honestly, if a doctor tells you to go to the ER instead of this particular urgent care, it's worth listening to.

Got seen quickly Had order for MRI when I left. Very professional and quick to boot.nnThat was my first experience however my opinion has changed greatly. Dr Brennan ordered an MRI for right shoulder and told me to call and make an appointment which I did. The bad news is that I have to keep cancelling my appt because the MRI has not been authorized Apparently one person is responsible for doing this. However itu2019s been days and it hasnu2019t been done yet for who the hell knows why. I have the MRI folks calling to tell me it hasnu2019t been done yet so They have had to cancel 2 appts for me! They have called BestMed and asked me to call them which I have done I talked to Mindy and she tells me she will call u201cthe person that handles thisu201d but nothing happens. Completely unacceptable I asked if there was someone I could call to fast track this process but no, the only one that can do it is this unnamed person My shoulder is killing me and I would love to know why butu2026u2026u2026u2026u2026
