I came here as a new patient and at first it seemed like they were moving fast and this would be a good fit for me but after going on a hour and counting after my appointment time I'm not so sure! I have never waited this long to do lab work and see a doctor usually people try to have a good first impression but the staff and doctors donu2019t seem to care at all! I asked the nurse is this normal and she pretty much said yes! Iu2019m not sure how they have such good reviews but looks like I will be finding another doctor because this is beyond ridiculous! My time is valuable just like theirs and waiting around isnu2019t professional or good customer service!

I recently was taken care of by Dr. Milady and was overwhelmingly pleased with her care and bedside manner. She was very patient with me and made sure to explain my diagnosis in detail as well as each medication she was prescribing to me. Each day after seeing her in the office, she called to check on me and make sure I was recovering well. I was grateful for her taking her time with me and being so thorough, most times during doctors visits you may feel rushed but not with her. Granted, I was a sick woman, by the end of the visit I was smiling. Such a pleasurable experience!

I took off work to attend my doctors appointment and upon arrival the notify me of insurance changes and out of pocket cost for treatment/labs. I asked why wasnu2019t I advised prior to the appointment to prepare me. No one had any explanation however continued to break down fees. This was an inconvenience and no regard to my time or experience I am very disappointed in the service I was u201cprovidedu201d. The front desk representativeu2019s are unethical and unprofessional, seems they are more accountable with people of their race and ethnic background (Hispanic). Dr. Lady is a great physician however her staff takes away the value when conversing with patients.

This has been by far the best doctoru2019s office I have ever visited. My child has been coming here since birth. Mrs. Milady is very tentative and personable. I, myself have been going for about 7 years and donu2019t mind the 45 minute travel.
