The office staff is terrible at taking care of patients. You have to hound them to get your referrals in properly. Absolutely ridiculous. I should have to call 12 times, then finally STOP BY to make them do their jobs. I had to go in for a hard copy of records once because they couldn't seem to get my records to my specialist after several requests from me and my specialist. The doctors seem good. The staff ruins it for them.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. G (Dr. Galbraith). I came in from Tyler due to very chronic plantar fasciitis. He spent nearly a full hour with me, getting to know me and going over my anatomical structure as we work together to identify why it was taking so long to overcome this. He was also pouring into some my previous records with other providers and requesting more information from them for the next visit. I look forward to our next visit.

Dr. Kristin Ault, DO, works at Family First Clinic & Urgent Care and is also affiliated with UTHealth in Jacksonville, Texas. I found her to be unprofessional and lacking trust, particularly concerning my brother's appointment. She did not approve of my asking questions on his behalf, which forced me to involve our mother over the phone. I also believe that she has biases that affect her professionalism. I think she needs training to improve her conduct in a professional setting.

The Doctor I had was great and I was actually excited to be using them for my new PCP because she seemed genuine and really listened to what I said and worked with me. However, I'm not sure where the communication breakdown is but it really seems like the nursing staff has no idea what's going on. When I called to follow up on lab work after the appointment, they talked over me and did not listen to what I was asking for and just continued to talk over me in circles and got defensive when I asked for more information on the lab results that were sent. Come to find out the first call where they said everything came back normal was incorrect. They hadn't even gotten all the labs back at that point. The second time I called and tried to explain that the newest results were not available through the portal I just got the well I'm not the one you talked to so I don't know what was said even though I wasn't ever even referring to that. I just wanted to know if/when my lab results would be available through the portal for me to look at because apparently the nurse can't read the numbers on the lab results and repeat them back to me? Never once did I raise my voice or cursed at them and they threatened to hang up on me. Very disappointed because the doctor really seemed great and as someone with a lot of experience in hospitals, doctors offices, ect. due to previous medical issues it's saddening to be made out to be the bad guy because you are asking standard questions and trying to get access to the lab work you paid for.

I was having what seemed to be an allergic reaction to something and do not have a primary care dr. I went here and told them what was going on and they fast tracked me in, took great care of me, listened to me and over all it was a great experience. Everyone was nice and caring!
