Cannot say enough good things about this place! Dr. Kim Allen is absolutely amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. She listens and doesn't make you feel judged or uncomfortable. I absolutely love her and will continue to be a patient of hers for as long as she is practicing. LaDonna at the front desk is very sweet and helpful. Her nurses and the staff are wonderful as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

The PA is awesome but the office manager is the worst. She puts money ($71) above a patients health. I went in to do a follow up on my diabetic stuff and was told that because I owed $71 I was not able to be seen. I also said I get paid in a couple days and offered to give my card but was told no. My wife also went in for some tests for her school and needed the results and because she owed less then $100 she was told if she didnu2019t pay it now then no results would be released. Every time I go in the story changes on balance amounts and if you need to pay and rules and accounts. It is always a way to benefit them for money.

Terrible customer service, Terrible follow through, the are not equipped to deal with patients with real medical issues, if you need a bandaid and a well visit, they're great. If you actually need to be treated for medical conditions, just take your thyroid medication, it's going to take care of that complete hysterectomy you had that you have been on hormone therapy for 16 yrs for. We will worry about treating that in about 6 months when you're thyroid is fixed but we can't fix that either. If you want referrals or prescriptions that need paperwork/preauthorization, it's perfectly exceptable 3 weeks later not to have either because it takes time. Get bloodwork done, they won't call you back to go over it with you, you have to call repeatedly and they still never tell you what your labs read. Just take some vit d we are busy with other patients today. Do yourself a favor and find adequate Healthcare. It's hard enough today with the Healthcare system, insurance etc. To navigate our own health and to be our own advocates without having to argue with people that clearly don't take time to listen to their patients or follow through when you ask for help. Would not recommend this clinic

The staff is nice and willing to work with you to get you taken care of. However, it seems that anything that requires paperwork to be done gets lost, misplaced, or delayed.I went for an appointment two months ago to get referrals for doctors in a new area. The referrals were necessary as I need treatment for two separate conditions, one of which causes an uncomfortable pain. After not hearing anything for weeks I called today for an update only to find that the referral process had not even been started. I shouldnu2019t have to call and check on my doctoru2019s office to make sure they are doing the right thing. Very disappointing.
