Had I rated this office with my last provider, I'd absolutely give 5 stars. Heble was great. However, she left abruptly and I was scheduled with Leighann Lockwood.nnAt the beginning of the appointment I thought she looked angry/mad because she was kind of scowling but I figured maybe she was upset with the computer because this was a virtual appointment. I said Hello and smiled but she kept scowling. She started by asking me maybe 7 questions, didn't wait for me to answer, and gave me her opinion about what was wrong. Completely ignoring the mental health plan I had with my previous provider. I have over 30 years of issues with bipolar disorder and PTSD accompanied by several in patient stays. She asked me if I knew anyone who had it worse than me, basically told me I'm just fat and lazy, then told me to seek mental health advice on the internet. I shut down at that point and when I finally looked up at her after all this, she was smiling. From the moment she laid eyes on me, she didn't want me as a patient. Seek mental health services elsewhere. Telling someone to pull themselves up by their bootstraps is easy to say when you have the proverbial bootstraps.

Very pleased with my new primary care provider Elizabeth Farrell. She was recommended to me as being a very nice provider. I am very impressed at her concern for my well being. This was my first visit at the office and I think I have found a good provider for my needs in primary care. She was very thorough at my first visit and maybe now I have someone that will follow through on the important things I need checked out. She is the only one that has ever followed through on getting these long covid brain zaps checked out and ordered MRI to be done. Good thing she did because of the acute stroke that was detected. Maybe I can get on track and stop more from happening since she got an emergency referral in at neurology. I think I have found the best provider possible now. Maybe now things will get looked into like they should have last fall with Vanderbilt but didn't. This clinic has ties to all of Maury Regional and I think they have all I need in Columbia. Hopefully now she will continue my basic prescriptions and shots to keep me on track at the next visit. Insurance processed correctly also. The worst problem is that she stays booked way in advance.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I was looking around for a PCP and decided to go with PrimeCare. I recently moved about 45 minutes away but decided I would still use them, mistake on my part. When I arrived to my first appointment to establish care they had no record of my appointment in the system!!! I was furious but thankfully they did get me into see someone that day. I go back for a yearly exam within the next 2 weeks, again I drive 45 minutes. I had quite a long wait in the waiting room only to finally get back to the room to be told because I'm on my period they can not do a women's yearly exam and I will need to reschedule. Mind you, a women called me the day before to do a preregistration never did she or anyone else ask if I was or going to be on my period during this appointment. I missed time from work and spent unnecessary money for nothing. These people are not professional and do not deserve your business.

I don't like prime care. I've had experience with many of the providers and none of them seem to listen or really care about any of my problems. I've have blood work many times to try to see why I'm sick so often. I've apparently had an illness for over a year and need treatment before I can't fix it. If that's the case why didnt they see this in any of the other blood tests I've had within the year when had said they had tested for it in every blood test?

Miranda wood is the best doctor I have had some serious health issues and I went to 4 other doctors who dismissed me like I was lying. She treated me with so much care and compassion and made it her mission to find out whatu2019s going on. I am so thankful for her and the staff in her office!!!!
