Highly recommend NOT going here for anything. I needed paper work filled out so my son could go to school. I handed them the paper and they had me sit there for over 20 minutes before I got up and had to ask someone what was going on. They then proceed to tell me that he needs an appointment because he is not up to date on his shots. I asked how could that be if Iu2019ve been bringing him here for months. They had no answers for me they proceeded to talk to each other without saying anything to me so I left. I took my son to another location for them to tell me that this location failed to update his information in the system. Who knows what could have happened if my son took those extra shots. This location is careless and dangerous DO NOT TRUST them.

Worst place they have no compassion for kids or parents I have been trying to get my daughter referrals for 6 months and every time I tried to talk to doctor Carlos Lopez he is on vacation or sick never available. Very time is a different doctor that are not aware or donu2019t care about your kids problems.

The Drs are okay, its the reception desk who gets the 1 star. Not the best customer service, rude, forgetful, there is a lot of chatter and laughter which is fine at times but itu2019s constant. I waited 30 minutes to get called and the only reason I finally did get called to see the Dr was bc I mentioned something to the receptionist and then I overheard another say that she forgot. Has nothing to do with the drs, itu2019s they face of the clinic who make this a poor place to go to

I love the dr themselves the nurses are cool as well. But sometimes when i call the receptionists are so rude and unwelcoming. Specifically karen its really off putting, if you do not like what you do and cant be nice, dont work there.
